In such case, the following personal data are processed by Chalice Foundation: the user’s name and family name, e-mail address and the user’s questions and comments.

The user has the right to have access to and correct his/her personal data or have these deleted. The user may send a written, dated and signed request thereto, with a proof of identity (copy of ID card), to the aforementioned address or via the contact page on the website.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

The Belgian law is applicable to the website. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dutch speaking courts of Brussels (Belgium).
